0-4-0 tank engine #3 is the smallest steam locomotive in the Ohio Central Railroad steam collection. She came from the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in 1994 and was returned to operating condition by the Ohio Central shop forces. Although she does not pull any trains for the OHCR, she is fired up for special occassions and was last under steam in the fall of 1997 for "SteamFest".
